We will provide refunds for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the departure time of your tour. If you wish to cancel your booking with us please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds may incur a payment gateway transaction fee.
No refunds are given within 48 hours of departure unless the Operator cancels the activity due to waterway, road or weather conditions. Otherwise, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of NZ Wine Tours according to our cancellation policy.
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive on your tour you may submit your feedback to us at email@example.com, whereupon we will review your comments and may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.
