Tour Plan

Morning Wine Tastings
Your palate is best in the morning so we usually try to arrange an exclusive tasting, often with a winemaker, vintner or owner/operator of a boutique winery. We require some notice to make these arrangements so please book in advance. If you are booking with less than a weeks notice then we can still take you to many of the region's finest wineries, but winemaker availability cannot be guaranteed for obvious reasons.
For lunch we offer two options; an A-la-carte menu lunch from Mt Difficulty Winery (with a glass of wine), or upon request we can swap this to the Tasting Platter from Wild Earth Winery with wines to match the food (shown).
Wild Earth Tasting Stave
When booking, please let us know your preference of lunch destination.
Afternoon Wine Tastings
We typically visit 3 wineries during the afternoon and these can be customised either in advance at your request, or on the day to suit your tastes. We have relationships with the widest range of wineries in the region, which allows us exclusive access into some of the regions best wineries and breweries. Let us know if you'd like to visit a barrel hall, or take a walk in the vineyard to discuss grape growing and we can include these easily. We can also visit a Cheesery, Fruit Stalls, a local Honey producer, as well as various Scenic and Historic Attractions.
